System defined lists are
created and maintained by the system to automatically keep
track of inactive patients and accounts, patients without
recall, posting pending, and unbilled insurance. These
lists have a list Type of "System".
When a list has been created
by the system, it can't be changed by a user. To remove
someone from the list, remove the condition that caused them
to be on the list in the first place. For example, to
remove someone from the Patients without recall list,
simply set up a recall date for that patient.
