Are you sending statements that could use a little "tweaking" of their alignment? Fields sometimes need minor adjustments that can be easily corrected. For example, the dollar amount on an insurance billed transaction line may be missing the last "0". Maybe you would like a certain field lowered or raised to fit a box better. These corrections are simple, and if you call Datacon's Customer Support department we will be happy to help you.
If statements are printing for accounts that you think should not be getting statements, you should check your settings under Statement Printing Options. The options selected will determine which accounts get statements and what will be printed on the statement.
