When using the number keypad in the schedule, the decimal point works as a delete and the zero works as an insert.
The Home key will take you to the top of the scheduled day (or to the top of any list).
Just two keystrokes will take you from any screen to today's schedule: F9 then Select.
Shift+F9 provides quick access to a list of today's patients where you can easily schedule a patient's next appointment, post today's charges and collect for today's visit before the patient leaves the office. pcLink users can just click on the button for Today's Patients.
We recommend monthly maintenance of your schedule, to keep it running efficiently. Each month you should follow these steps:
1. Select Purge Schedule to remove old appointment book columns.
2. From File Maintenance, Select Reorganize Files, then Select Schedule (all users must be logged off for this to run).
3. You can now open future days in your appointment book(s)
