software.
If you, your consultant or accountant want to track or
compare almost any of your practice data, Datacon can do
it. This ability is why many dental consultants refer their

Backing
up
your
data.
Think of it this way: system backup is much like dental
flossing. You only need to back up the data you don't want
to lose. Fortunately Datacon makes this routine very simple
and it can even be done at night while the office is
closed. Your Doctor's Control Sheet will inform you when
the last backup was performed and verified.

Preventative
Maintenance.
If your backup is analogous to flossing, then preventative
maintenance is like a prophy. Computers, like teeth, need
cleaning. We recommend a system cleaning at least twice a
year in most offices and possibly more often if the CPU
appears fairly dusty when it is opened. Datacon can put
your office on a regular maintenance program performed by
our technicians. There is a charge of $95 plus nominal
travel, but this small investment will significantly prolong
the life and stability of your system.
