Diagnosis Codes
   

You can assign diagnosis codes to procedures in the treatment plan area. This step cannot be changed after the transaction has been posted. Call Datacon to help setup your system in order for these diagnosis codes to print on your medical claim forms and to get the new HCFA 1500 form.

  • After you put in the treatment plan for the patient, EXIT and you will be at the following screen

  • SELECT Diagnosis codes

  • SELECT Diagnosis Code 1,2,3 or 4. Type in the Diagnosis Code for this treatment plan
