Paperless follow-up and tracking.

Increase Collections:

  • Collection calls result in patient payments 10-40% of the time at the first call.
  • The success rate of collection on account balances that are under 30 days old is 94 cents on the dollar. This drops to 74 cents after 90 days, and 58 cents after 180 days.
