Datacon is currently looking for a Customer Support Technician (Telephone Support). Applicants must have experience with networking, Windows/Mac hardware/software, and some database experience. A positive attitude, great telephone demeanor, honed customer service skills and strong work ethics are required. Knowledge of Datacon software, internet research, and a desire to learn new things a plus.
